Here's a picture of our Christmas tree. It's covered with ornaments from our entire lives including 2 ornaments that we from my first Christmas.

Our children get a new ornament each year. We choose an ornament that relates to something that has been a large part of their lives during the year.

When my son gets married next year he will get all of his ornaments to put on his tree.
